'Over the Rocks to Monknash'

 

At low tide you can walk from the Sea Wall at Atlantic College towards Nash Point over the rocky shore. As you near Nash Point and hear the familiar bell ringing out to sea, this is the first glimpse you get of the headland stretching up above the rocks.
